Internet Account Manager I
Primary: Responsible for developing and cultivating strong relationships with national online advertisers to place their best offers on employer PaydayPERX mall websites, and maintaining the database of these offers. Secondary: Increasing PaydayPERX distribution by adding more employers and employee mall sites to the PaydayPERX online network.

The person who is perfect for this position has fantastic phone skills and meticulous organizational abilities. He or she also has a high comfort level with internet technology in general and affiliate marketing in particular. This person may currently be employed in an HR or Payroll department, with a desire to do something more out of the box that involves personal goal setting and accountability. On the other hand, this person may already be involved in affiliate marketing, and he or she may even be a commissioned salesperson. Several approaches to this position are all possible; the important things are the ability to project enthusiasm and a winning personality over the phone, and a self-motivated work ethic that seeks out solutions before others even see an impending problem. This person must 'get it' when it comes to technology in advertising; programming skills aren't required, but having them certainly doesn't hurt, as does having a relevant degree.

Compensation is relative to experience, and will be a combination of base salary and commission on the offers you are able to broker amd implement; the more redemptions, the more compensation you can receive.
